Jessica was having trouble with her cable TV that when she got tired of calling the technical hotline, she called customer service to have her subscription cut. She then searched for the BBC iplayer tv on the internet. Her brother told her about it and how cheaper it was compared to the usual cable subscription. Jessica got both of her computers an account and tried searching for something good to watch. She wasn’t disappointed when she did channel surf. They shows being shown on the Iplayer were all new seasons. She was excited about this and forgot about her irritation with her existing cable company. After an hour of watching, she remembered her cable problem and called the customer hotline. She told the agent that she was just calling just to make sure that they cancel her subscription first thing in the morning. Satisfied with that she did, she settled back on her bed and continued watching the show she was watching.
